Generally, the more formal dance bands work from a Quartet with keyboard, bass,drums & vocals. They usually provide a selection of music from the 1940's to the 2002 to suit all tastes!

Jazz can be organised from a solo guitarist, banjo player, keyboard player through to a big band.
Differing styles of jazz are available, the most popular being either the jazz standards, through to a traditional jazz band.
